Why This Course Matters

Students today are constantly exposed to competing ideas about:

Truth and Morality
Identity and Faith
Culture and Human Nature

Omnibus helps students learn how to engage those ideas thoughtfully, intelligently, and biblically.
This course is about more than academics.
It’s about preparing students to engage the modern world faithfully and intelligently.

Extend the Learning Beyond the Screen

Your student will also need these resources to complete the course:

Omnibus III - Student Text

The student text covers the post-Reformation to the present, teaching with the emphasis on ideas, not simply information.
The text includes two separate but compatible courses, the Primary books course and the Secondary books course. Primary books tend to be closely tied to the time period and include more primary source materials. Secondary books are, at times, lighter reading. Primary is scheduled for five days per week, Secondary for three days per week.
This book includes a daily schedule and will make teaching and interacting with the greatest works of Western Civilization both enjoyable and profitable. Students will also apply and further develop their skills in composition, logic, and aesthetics. Students completing all six years of Omnibus will have carefully studied every book of the Bible, too.

Its a good course from a christian perspective

IT'S AMAZING!!!

Michelle| 04/29/2026 2:14 pm

We just had the opportunity to try the new platform for Self-Paced. IT'S AMAZING!!! I've made my kids print off every worksheet and quiz in the past so we could review them together. This resulted in many tears each time a child forgot and we would get upset because we couldn't help them when they got a bad grade on something so they could understand what went wrong. I am SO HAPPY to see that I can now access their results in detail!! And my printer will be happy to not be printing several tests and worksheets and quizzes for 3 kids each week! Thank you!

Thanks for being a beacon of truth in this world!

Thanks for the great coursework in the Omnibus curriculum! I am a grown-up and I am taking these courses myself and they have been so inspiring to me. I have integrated a lot of materials into the worldview lessons I've been teaching in my church's youth group. Both my kids are taking Omnibus SP courses even though they are not homeschooled but go to a christian school. Omnibus and the Elementary level Bible and History courses are great additions to their school curriculum! Thanks for being a beacon of truth in this world!

I LOVE Veritas Press!
