These students will benefit from learning essentially two years of math in one, taking advantage of their math aptitude.. This course strengthens skills in fractions, decimals, and geometry while introducing early algebraic concepts like expressions, equations, and coordinate graphing. Students will develop problem-solving strategies and build confidence. As students engage with numbers, patterns, and equations, they see a reflection of God’s unchanging truths and logical nature. With a focused and steady pace, the course ensures students understand key ideas before advancing. By the end of the year, students will be well-prepared for the challenges of Algebra I. This course aims to help these math-minded students realize their potential. While you may register for this course, testing is required for entry to ensure correct placement. Homework will average 2 - 3 hours per week, reinforcing concepts and encouraging independent learning.
