Advanced U.S. History-Based Writing Lessons [Student Book only]

While writing about topics from U.S. history, from the Explorers to Modern Times, students will develop more advanced writing skills, such as crafting thesis statements, applying MLA format, creating persuasive essays and research papers, and more.

This Student Book contains assignments, instructions, engaging source texts, blank outlines, checklists, sample compositions, and clever vocabulary cards and is designed for students with at least one year of experience in IEW. Advanced students may complete U.S. History-Based Writing Lessons and this Advanced U. S. History-Based Writing Lessons in one school year, if desired.
